Spanish Springs posted a 42-18 triumph during the summer game against its Central California opponent.
The Cougars are hosting their first of two summer girls prep basketball jamborees this weekend. They play three more games today in the two-day event, which features 14 teams from northern Nevada and California.
Spanish Springs will play 30 games during its summer season.
