RENO — For the second time in two years, a man has been arrested for throwing rocks and breaking windows at Reno’s downtown court complex.

Forty-nine year old David Augustine was first arrested in 2006 when rocks were thrown through two courthouse windows.

On Sunday, maintenance workers heard shattering glass, and held Augustine until police arrive.

Authorities say 18 windows were broken at the Mills Lane Justice Center.

Augustine was booked on suspicion of destruction of property.
