RENO –– The 11th annual Sierra Nevada Concrete Association’s Concrete Expo 2010 will convene today at The Grove at South Creek Events Center in Reno.
About 200 contractors, engineers, public works officials and other construction professionals are expected to attend the day-long symposium.
The lunch presentation will feature a recap of the University of Nevada, Reno’s Concrete Canoe Team’s 2009 season and a preview of this year’s competition as the team seeks to improve on its top-five finish in the American Society of Civil Engineers National Concrete Canoe Championship.
