Washoe County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a report of a possible sexual assault of a female student at North Valleys High School in Golden Valley that occurred on April 6. The victim reported she had been coaxed into a restroom at school and sexually seduced by the male acquaintance.
Washoe County Sheriff's detectives followed up on the information given by the victim and witnesses identifying the male as Mark. On Wednesday at 8:15 p.m., Mark was arrested for statutory sexual seduction and open and gross lewdness. Bail was set at $5,000, which was posted and Mark was released.
The Washoe County School District administration and police department cooperated in and assisted with this investigation.
