Courtesy WCSO - Jose Macias-Lara was arrested Tuesday for having sexual relations with a minor.
RENO –– The Washoe County Sheriff’s Office detectives have arrested Jose Macias-Lara, 35, of Sparks, for having sexual relations with a female juvenile.
Detectives took Macias-Lara into custody Tuesday after an investigation concerning reports of an ongoing sexual relationship he had with a 15-year-old female.
He was located at his place of residence in the 3000 block of Mashie Court in Sparks.
Macias-Lara is being held for statutory sexual seduction and open and gross lewdness. The bail is set at $7,500.
