SPARKS –– The Boys & Girls Club of Truckee Meadows’ Annual Jack T. Reviglio Cioppino Feed and Auction turns 30. This event has helped countless numbers of children throughout the Truckee Meadows for more than a quarter of a decade. It’s one of the most widely attended and celebrated fundraisers in the community, gathering more than 1,400 of northern Nevada’s top leaders, business owners, community servants and citizens each winter for an evening of great food, great company and a great auction.

The 30th Annual Cioppino Feed and Auction takes place Feb. 27 at the Boys & Girls Club on E. Ninth Street. Silent auction and cocktails begin at 4 p.m. and move into dinner at 6 p.m. followed by a live auction of items including cars, vacation packages, airline tickets and more. Tables are available for $1,200 (tables of eight). For the first time, individual tickets to the event are being sold, at $150 each.

To purchase Cioppino tickets, contact Erin Pieretti at 331-5437 or at epieretti@bgctm.org.

“Cioppino is the biggest and best event we host all year long and the contributions we receive that night are critical to the future of the Boys & Girls Club,” said Mike Wurm, chief operating officer of the Boys & Girls Club of Truckee Meadows. “Cioppino helps us to serve our 8,900-plus members regardless of their financial situation, helping achieve our goal of creating healthy children in body, mind and spirit. I encourage you all to come help us celebrate our 30th anniversary this year and help shape future generations of Nevadans into responsible, civic-minded adults.”
