RENO — Doug Roberts, partner with Sacramento-based Panattoni Development Co., announced Wednesday the addition of Goodwill to the Las Brisas Pavilion located on the northwest corner of McCarran Boulevard between West Seventh Street and Kings Row. Goodwill will occupy 1,649 square feet of space for their newest donation drop-off location.

“When it’s time to clean out your closets and garages, this location is convenient, offering an express drive-up for gently used items and the donor receives a tax receipt,” said Rob Harden, CEO of Goodwill of Northern Nevada. “Goodwill is a hand up, not a hand out.”

Other tenants for the 14,000-square-foot retail center include the Squeeze Inn and a Subway restaurant. The $4 million project was built by Panattoni Construction and is the last retail property to be developed on McCarran Boulevard in northwest Reno.
