(Four months and older, excluding specially priced dogs)

Kittens under four months: $50

Puppies under four months: $100

Dogs and cats 10 years or older: $25

Seniors for seniors (55 and older adopting pet 6 years or older): Free

The Nevada Humane Society is open Sunday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. The shelter is located at 2825 B Longley Lane in Reno. Call 856-2000 or visit www.nevadahumanesociety.org.
