The first subject of notification is Thomas Richard Winge, 45. Winge recently registered with the Sparks Police Department as residing in the 3200 block of Sandy Street and is currently employed with a business based in the 1200 block of Baring Boulevard in Sparks.
The second subject of notification is George Leary Greene, 59. Greene recently registered with the Sparks Police Department as residing in the 1400 block of E Street and is not currently employed.
Both men are currently in compliance with all state sex offender registration requirements and are not wanted by law enforcement. Both are currently being supervised by Nevada Parole and Probation.
