INCLINE VILLAGE, Nev. — The Lake Tahoe Shakespeare Festival is possible in part because of the atmosphere created by its volunteers that surpasses the audience’s expectations year-after-year. With more than 200 volunteers each season, the Lake Tahoe Shakespeare Festival offers behind-the-scenes access that provides an unforgettable and exciting opportunity for volunteers.

Volunteer applications are now available online at www.LakeTahoeShakespeare.com for this year’s Festival, July 11 – Aug. 23. The 37th annual production is looking for volunteers to fill the following positions: amphitheatre host; VIP host; greeters; merchandise sales assistant; box office crew; work crew; ticket takers and Young Shakespeare assistants. The volunteer staff members are offered many benefits including earning free festival tickets, souvenir festival merchandise and inclusion in the annual program, all while supporting the arts.
