Zach Harbart and Donovan Ratfield combined on a four-hitter, leading their Phillies to a 5-1 victory over the Brewers in the Spanish Springs Cal Ripken League's AAA tournament championship game Thursday night.

Harbart started on the hill and went the first three innings for the Phillies. He was tagged for the Brewers' lone run on the day. He struck out five, walked three and scattered two hits. Ratfield worked the final three frames, giving up two hits while also fanning five and issuing only one walk.

The Phillies got on the scoreboard first when Ratfield, the team's cleanup hitter, doubled and scored.

The Brewers knotted the contest at a run apiece in the top of the third. Leadoff hitter Josh Daniels led off the inning with a single and came around to score.

The deadlock was short-lived as the Phillies rallied with a trio of runs in their half of the inning. Caleb Salgado and Sean Ratfield initiated the threat by drawing walks. After a strikeout, Eric Brennan tripled in both runners. Brennan crossed the plate on a wild pitch.

The 4-1 score remained intact until the fifth when the Phillies tacked on their final run. Leadoff hitter Chance Belding singled. He came plateward after a single by Brennan and a double by Donovan Ratfield.

The Phillies rolled through the league's regular season with an unblemished 16-0 record and then added three more wins in the postseason tournament to finish their spring campaign 19-0.

The local league's Majors Division championship is slated for Monday.
