SPARKS — Two Sparks residents were arrested Tuesday on two counts of burglary and possession of stolen property after breaking into a house and fleeing from the homeowner and Sparks police officers.

Andrew Johnson, 18, drove the suspect vehicle while an unnamed 17-year-old fled on foot from the victim’s house. The vehicle was found nearby on Sorrento Court and both suspects were located near Northern Nevada Medical Center attempting to flee from officers.

After both suspects were taken into custody, police discovered Bryce Baudion assisted the suspects in avoiding capture by the police. Baudion helped the two suspects change shirts and has been booked for accessory to avoiding police contact.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the Sparks Police Department at 353-2231 or by calling Secret Witness at 322-4900.
