According to Reno police, the burglary victim found Jairo Aguiar-Perez, 20, inside his car trying to steal his stereo just after 5 a.m. The victim then retrieved a legally owned gun and held the burglar at gunpoint until police arrived. Aguiar-Perez was arrested for vehicle burglary, and a Parole & Probation hold for a previous conviction for robbery with a deadly weapon.
