Daniel Montero, 28, has been charged with burglary of the Newmarker Peak Dentistry in the 600 block of Humboldt Street. At 1 a.m. Saturday, police responded to an alarm at the business. Upon arrival, police found the office dark but with a broken window and unlocked door. When they searched the business, they found Montero hiding inside. There was minimal loss to the business.
