Zephyr Cove — Chase International’s Reno office announced the addition of four more Realtors to its business office.
New to the team are local residents Debra Spenella, Larry Johnston, Stephanie Ardelean and Randy Leigh Shima.
Debra Spenella’s charismatic energy and more than 20 years of experience in real estate, home design and construction, makes her a dynamic Realtor.
“My quest to find just the right home for my clients, at the right price, just seems to come naturally to me. I look out for them in every direction whether they are buying, selling or seeking advice,” said Spenella.
Her ability to absorb a concept, find a quick solution and deliver the message in a cool and calm manner are key traits that have fueled her success. She’s an owner of Burger Me! restaurants and volunteer educator in the schools where she preaches the value of living a healthy life.
As a seasoned mortgage journalist for the Reno Gazette Journal, Larry Johnston has the pulse of the real estate business at his fingertips. His experience and training as a mortgage consultant and property manager gives him an edge in today’s complex market.
Combine that with his personal experience in acquiring and remodeling high end real estate and you have great resource to help those who are buying or selling a home in northern Nevada.
“Throughout each transaction, I find my greatest motivation is to ensure my clients’ financial goals and personal interests are achieved in every way,” says Johnston. Always one to give 100 percent, Johnston is well-respected for his earnest approach to the process and ability to clearly communicate the complexities that come with investing today’s real estate market.
