Robert Edward Willits
Robert Edward Willits, 20, was taken into custody on suspicion of theft of theft of tools from the bed of a pick-up in the apartment complex. Officers were able to recover the tools, and the suspect was arrested. The Reno Police Department would like to remind citizens not to leave valuable items in their vehicles.
