Carson City resident David Robert Borland, 36, was found Monday in a recycling dumpster at the Waste Management station on Commercial Row. His cause of death is still undetermined and his next of kin has been notified.
Police detectives are continuing their investigation by reviewing video from several businesses where recyclables were collected Monday morning and video from businesses surrounding those collections sites. RPD detectives would like to speak to anyone who may be familiar with Borland’s activities on Sunday.
