RENO — Brüka Theatre for Children presents “Hansel & Gretel: The Sweetest kids in the village,” adapted by Mary Bennett, with performances at 10 a.m. Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

Brüka Theatre For Children is a live theater performance incorporating physical theatrics, improvisation and audience interaction. This classic adaptation of tales by the Brothers Grimm updates the stories for today’s audiences while enjoying a nod to the past.

Performances will be held at The McKinley Arts and Culture Center, 925 Riverside Drive in Reno. Tickets cost $7 for adults and $5 for children age 12 and younger and $4 each for groups over 10 in advance. Call 323-3221 for reservations and information. Brüka Theatre has been presenting live theatre for our community for 19 years.
