The “What’s Your Passion?” campaign is meant to appeal to adventure seekers, festival fanatics, nature lovers, entertainment connoisseurs, professional shoppers, gaming fans, sports nuts, romantics and urban explorers of all ages, backgrounds and lifestyles. It appears on billboards, in magazines and on popular radio stations throughout the San Francisco Bay area and Sacramento.
“We are thrilled to be a part of this fresh, new campaign, ‘What’s Your Passion?’” said Silver Legacy Resort Casino General Manager Gary Carano. “Silver Legacy is proud to be partnering with the RSCVA and the other partners in reminding northern California about all the great activities and special events that the Reno/Tahoe region has to offer.”
“This is very exciting news,” said RSCVA President and CEO Christopher Baum. “Not only will this help increase our exposure of Reno Tahoe USA in northern California, but the addition of Eldorado and Silver Legacy shows greater variety to potential visitors who will be impacted by the messaging, and further expresses the diversity of the region.”
Eldorado and Silver Legacy join four other community partners — Atlantis Casino Resort Spa, Circus Circus Reno, John Ascuaga’s Nugget and Peppermill Resort Spa Casino — increasing the total media budget to $1.85 million, and expanding the “reach and frequency” of the campaign. The move also adds to the selection of partner-created “Passion Packages,” which provide an easy way for visitors to purchase multiple activities along with their guestroom.
All radio, billboard and magazine advertisements direct prospects to go to VisitRenoTahoe.com, where information about our region and specifics about the six partner resorts and their special packages are prominently featured.
