LAS VEGAS — Nevada State Bank and its parent company, Zions Bancorporation, were recognized in a survey conducted by Greenwich Associates for excellence among the nation’s top banks for both small business and middle market banking.  The 13 awards include 10 national awards and three regional awards.

The Greenwich survey is conducted with more than 14,000 small businesses across the United States (companies with annual sales between $1 million and $10 million) and more than 10,000 middle-market companies, with sales between $10 million and $500 million.  Decision makers at those businesses are asked to rank their bank in 13 different categories.

On the national level, the bank won awards for overall satisfaction, relationship manager performance, credit policy, branch satisfaction, customer service and product capabilities.

“We are honored to have been recognized once again in the Greenwich Excellence Awards for our treasury management products and banking services,” said Cassaundra Johnson, senior vice president and director of sales at Nevada State Bank.  “These awards are a tangible acknowledgement of the dedication of our bankers to providing the highest quality products and exceptional customer service day after day, year after year.”

At the regional level, the bank received awards for overall satisfaction for the west region in addition to overall satisfaction in Treasury management for Middle Market Banking.
