Reno Mayor Bob Cashell will deliver his first State of the City speech tonight at Reno City Hall, bluntly addressing budgeting issues, city spokeswoman Terri Hendry said.

The 5:30 p.m. speech will be followed by a press conference and a town hall meeting where residents can ask questions and vet concerns about the city of Reno.

According to Hendry, all members of the Reno City Council will be on hand to answer specific questions and the speech will also be aired on Sincat, public access channel 13, as well as the city's Web site.
