AURORA, Ill. — The longstanding tradition of indoor dirt-bike racing in Reno continues next weekend, as the 2012 AMA Arenacross Series returns to the Biggest Little City for its 11th round of the championship.
Defending champion, and current series points leader, Tyler Bowers leads the world’s best arenacross competitors into back-to-back nights, Feb. 17 and 18, at the Reno Livestock Events Center.
Action kicks off at 7 p.m. Amateur Day closes out the weekend on Feb. 19, when hundreds of local riders take their chance to compete on a world-class track.
General admission seating costs $20 for adults and $7 for children. Tickets cost $2 more on the day of the event and additional fees could apply.
