Two High-risk sex offender notices for Reno area

RENO — The Regional Sex Offender Notification Unit (RSONU) is informing the public of information about two Tier III (high-risk) sex offenders.

Joseph Tribble, 48, has been assessed as a Tier III offender by the Nevada Sex Offender Registry. He has notified the Reno Police Department that he will be living in the 300 block of Record Street in Reno and is not employed. Tribble is in compliance with all sex offender laws, and is not wanted by law enforcement. Tribble is being supervised by the state Department of Public Safety’s Division of Parole and Probation.

Also, Jerry Myron Orlando, 46, has been assessed as a Tier III offender by the State of Nevada Sex Offender Registry. He has notified the Reno Police Department that he has no fixed address and is unemployed. Orlando is in compliance with all sex offender laws, and is not wanted by law enforcement. He is not currently being supervised by authorities.
