SPARKS — The annual old-fashioned Victorian tea party and home tour is an ideal way to kick off the holiday season and a perfect way for mothers and daughter (fathers are welcome too) to spend some time away from the hustle and bustle in serene sophistication reminiscent of times gone by.
The event will be held from 1 to 4 p.m. Nov. 26 at the magnificent home of Dusty Rhodes, which has been decorated for the holidays in a Victorian style. Tea attire optional. Tickets cost $20 and can be purchased at the Sparks Heritage Museum at 814 Victorian Ave.
Proceeds benefit Sparks Heritage Foundation and Museum.
