The jury late Tuesday found John Gillane guilty of two counts of attempted murder, three counts of battery with a deadly weapon, and one count each of assault with a deadly weapon and carrying a concealed weapon.
The Reno Gazette-Journal reports jurors were unable to agree if Gillane tried to kill one of his managers, Richard Sanders.
Sanders and two other managers — Richard Burns and Eric Hill — were wounded but survived the Oct. 29, 2010 attack.
During the trial, Deputy Washoe County District Attorney Elliott Sadler told jurors that Gillane was a bitter man who wanted to go out in what he called a “blaze of glory.”
Washoe District Judge Patrick Flanagan scheduled sentencing for Dec. 14.
