RENO — The Washoe County Sheriff’s Office arrested two 18-year-old males for possession of large amounts of graffiti paraphernalia on Aug. 13 near Bishop Manogue High School. While conducting an area check of the school and nearby buildings, a deputy observed two male subjects wandering near the automobile dealership after business hours. The two males were identified as David Zarubi and Kenneth Tavener. Zarubi and Tavener had two coolers containing 28 cans of spray paint, 111 spray can tips/caps, 19 Sharpie paint pens, various notes on tagging and pictures of tagging, and other graffiti implements. Zarubi and Tavener were arrested, transported and booked into the Washoe County Detention Facility.
