Submit a business, organization, individual or community partnership that has positively impacted our community’s education-related indicators. This quarter we are focusing on the following indicators:

• Workforce development

• Educational infrastructure to meet community needs

• Educational success

• Community-wide involvement in education

• Literate community

Winners will be announced at a community forum from 5:15 to 7 p.m. on Sept. 22 at the KNPB Channel 5 Public Broadcasting office at 1670 N. Virginia St. on the University of Nevada, Reno campus. The forum will focus on how to institutionalize responsibility throughout the community and all stakeholders to provide an educational system to a common purpose, where graduates are skilled, self-reliant, critical thinkers and responsible members of society, without constraining the job of the education sector. The forum is free for TMT members and $10 for non-members contact via Facebook or email, info@truckeemeadowstomorrow.org.
