For all interested candidates, Famous Dave’s management has set up a hiring center located in the Shasta Ballroom at the Grand Sierra Resort, 2500 E. Second St. in Reno. About 150 positions are required in all areas, including line cooks, prep cooks, dishwashers, hosts, food servers, bussers, bartenders, food runners and catering staff.
Applications will be accepted from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday.
