The competition will be held at the Sparks Ampitheater on Victorian Avenue. The six bands will be evaluated by two local judges, with the top performer winning eight hours of professional studio recording time.
Following the competition, at about 3 p.m. local metal band Sinister Scene will finish out the day’s music with a live performance.
