Three repeat offenders arrested

RENO — Detectives from the Northern Nevada Fraud and Identity Task Force, CST, Reno Financial Crimes Unit, Patrol and Repeat Offender Program Unit concluded a two week investigation into the criminal activities of a fraud cell that has been operating in the Reno-Sparks area. Detectives seized a working financial laboratory and numerous pieces of stolen U.S. mail.

The three suspects include Kevin Frank Curtis, who is being held on one charge of possession of a financial laboratory. Curtis’ bail is set at $10,000. The second suspect is Cheyenne Rachelle Coffee, who is also charged with possession of a financial laboratory. Coffee’s bail is set at $10,000. The third suspect is Jesseka Ashlee Koivisto, who is charged with forgery, burglary and obtaining money under false pretenses. Koivisto’s bail is set at $10,000.
