Emitt is a neutered male, chocolate and white Labrador retriever and Great Dane. He is estimated to be 8 years old. He has been at the shelter since Sunday.

Emitt’s owner will need a picture ID (such as a driver’s license) to redeem him. Reference ID No. A102396. In some cases, additional proof of ownership might be required, such as the pet’s picture or registration records. Proof of a current rabies vaccination is required for all dogs, cats and ferrets in Nevada.

Washoe County Regional Animal Services is open Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. (except holidays).

If Emitt is not redeemed by his owner, when he has completed his stray holding time, he might be available for adoption through the Nevada Humane Society. For more information on adoption, call 856-2000.
