Krumblz’s grand opening is set for Sunday starting at 6 a.m. Enjoy free pastries and complimentary Italian coffees during the grand opening celebration.
The new deli and bakery, located at 80 Giroux St. Suite 102 (one block west of Kietzke Lane), boasts freshly baked breads, French pastries and an array of breakfast and lunch entrees.
As part of the grand opening celebration throughout the month of November, anyone who donates a can of food or nonperishable food item to the Food Bank of Northern Nevada at Krumblz will receive a free pastry with their order.
Executive chef and Krumblz co-owner Juan Villa, a Nevada native, is a graduate of Western Culinary Institute-Le Cordon Bleu. Villa was lead chef of Lexie’s on the River at the Siena Casino until it closed in October.
Lead pastry chef and Krumblz co-owner Eduardo Quevedo was lead pastry chef at the Siena.
