Applications are now available for businesses, service organizations, community groups and individuals. The deadline for the application is Nov. 10.
This year’s festivities will highlight “Characters of Christmas Past.” The annual tree lighting ceremony will take place at 6:30 p.m. on Dec. 3, followed by an afternoon of fun from 12 to 4 p.m. on Dec. 4, with the parade beginning at 1 p.m.
