SSHS boosters set to host fundraiser
Fundraising is a thankless job and in a down economy it does not get any easier. Just ask the boosters at local high schools as they put in countless hours each school year to support their athletic programs.
Cougars get by Raiders, twice
Two teams going in opposite directions met up Saturday in a High Desert League prep baseball twin bill. When the dust had cleared, Spanish Springs had extended its win streak and Reed was saddled with two more losses.
