The Spanish Springs wrestling team nearly reached perfection. In its High Desert League dual meet against Hug Wednesday night, the Cougars demolished the hosts 83-0, a single point away from the highest total of 84 that a team can score in a dual.

The good news for the Cougars is they more than overwhelmed North Valleys in the other three quarters of the early season High Desert League affair.
