Western Jet announces new maintenance facility in Reno
Western Jet Aviation of Van Nuys, Calif., a heavy maintenance center for Gulfstream corporate jets, will be opening a new operation in Reno in the fourth quarter of 2010. It will start its Reno operation with about 10 new jobs but reports that that number could grow to 20.

WASHINGTON — The U.S. Small Business Administration last week announced small-business energy-efficiency grants to Small Business Development Center (SBDC) networks in seven states, including Nevada, to fund projects that provide energy-efficiency assistance to small businesses.
