SPARKS — Sparks High School has reopened after being locked down from 9:30 to 11:06 a.m. this morning, according to Sparks Police Department dispatchers. Police officers locked the school and would not allow anyone to leave the campus as they searched a nearby apartment building for a suspect who was thought to be "armed and dangerous."
