SPARKS — A 17-year-old male has been arrested for robbing a 64-year-old woman at a bank. At 4:40 p.m. Wednesday, Sparks police officers responded to the Wells Fargo Bank at 2105 Oddie Blvd. on a report of a robbery. Officers met with the victim, who told them that she had been withdrawing cash from the ATM at the bank when she was approached by a man who grabbed the ATM card from her and attempted to take the cash she had just withdrawn.
