Beginning his career in New York City in the mid 1990s, Lynch soon found great success in comedy clubs and venues, most notably Catch A Rising Star and Caroline’s, and becoming a regular on radio shows such as Opie and Anthony. Because of the duality of his act, Lynch turned heads in the music industry as well, playing venues such as the House of Blues, The Town House and the esteemed Kennedy Center. Lynch’s big break came, in 2000, after Comedy Central aired his half-hour special that became one of the highest rated for the channel.
Lynch has released studio albums such as “3 Balloons,” live albums such as “The Craig Machine,” a compilation album titled “Cleanest Hits” and a live show album in 2004 titled “Live at the El Ray,” among others. His ability to examine popular culture in a hysterical way that is clever, musical and tells the story with a simple song mocking daily life is a must-see.
