RENO — Reno-Tahoe Comedy presents The Utility Players’ “Improv-o-potamus” at the Pioneer Underground on Thursday. The Pioneer Underground is located next to the Pioneer Center for the Performing Arts at 100 S. Virginia St. in Reno. Doors open at 6:30 p.m., show time is at 7:30 p.m. Enjoy a full bar and no drink minimum. This show is in a smoke-free environment and beautiful theater setting.
The Utility Players, voted Reno’s Best Comedy Troupe (RN&R) and named Reno’s Best Bet for Comedy (Reno Metromix) are the definition of entertainment. Their Artown show, “Improv-o-potamus” is 90 minutes of hard-hitting improv comedy in the style of “Whose Line Is It Anyway?” Emcee and creator Jessica Levity is vigilant about keeping the energy high and her audience engaged. The show is recommended for mature audiences, 18 and older.
