The Olive Garden restaurant opened at 4 p.m. on Monday. According to general manager Patrick Clancy, the restaurant will only be open for dinner through June 1. At that date, it will be open Sunday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. and open from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.
According to Clancy, the 280-seat restaurant was filled within an hour after opening. Clancy also said that the restaurant employs 165 people.
The restaurant's only closing days will be Thanksgiving and Christmas, Clancy added.
