RENO — Darren Lemieux, a senior associate at law firm Lewis and Roca, was appointed chairman of the American Lung Association board of directors in February 2012. He has been on the board since 2007.
Lemieux practices in the firm’s litigation group, focusing on complex commercial litigation and administrative law helping a broad range of businesses pursue, defend and resolve disputes involving contracts, torts, ordinances, statues and regulations. In 2005, he received his law degree from University of Nevada Las Vegas William S. Boyd School of Law. Lemieux is also a member of the Northern Nevada Disciplinary Panel for the Nevada State Bar, Northern Nevada Medical Center Bioethics Committee and the American Heart Association.
